Problems Logging in?
Password is case sensitive so use capitals and lowercase as you entered them. Make sure caps lock key is not down. Use the email you signed up with.

No Error or Response When Clicking Login Button?
To make sure security settings don't block login set plan3D as a trusted site in Internet Explorer:
1. Choose Tools menu then choose " Internet Options
2. Click Security tab
3. Click Green Checkmark that says "Trusted Sites"
4. Click the "Sites" button
5. Uncheck checkbox at bottom. (Important)
6. Add this to the zone: www.plan3d.com
7. Click the "Add" button
8. Click "OK" button to close the window.
9. Close Internet Explorer and Reopen it
10. Go to www.plan3D.com and click member login. |
